ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection for smooth administration of the petitioner wakf, to the life and limb of the office bearers of the petitioner wakf and its properties based on the representation of the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in respect of dispute with regard to administration of Wakf there is a dispute between the petitioner and the rival parties and both the parties have given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19055 of 2019 complaint against each other which have been registered in CSR Nos. 885/19, 866/19 and 855/19. He would also submit that the parties have been directed to appear before the respondent on 20.02.2020 and after due enquiry if it is found that protection needs to be provided to the petitioner, suitable protection will be given to the petitioner by the respondent.
