This petition is filed to set aside the order in Criminal Revision Petition No.30/2017 dated 06.07.2018 on the file of the Court of Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate would submit that the matter has been settled in the Mediation Process and both the husband and wife have now re-joined and are living together. The Settlement Agreement is also enclosed along with the Mediation Report.

3. Recording the settlement in the Mediation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
