extent of 2 cents, situate at Urappanur Village Bit-1, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, by effecting the Survey, earmark and make an entry in the village account of Urappanur Village to the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2023 made to the respondents herein in person.

Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner belongs to Devandrakula Vellalar community. It is scheduled caste community. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the third respondent to act on the representation given by her. The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that they have not received any representation from the petitioner. The petitioner is permitted to give a fresh representation before the third respondent. Upon receipt thereof, the third respondent shall pass an appropriate order 2/4

on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.
