ORDER

This writ petition had been filed for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order in Na.Ka.

Thee3/10720/2015(Development), dated 24.01.2017 and consequently to direct the second respondent to reimburse the claim amount of Rs. 1,89,000/- to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.

4. However, the legal heirs of the petitioner are at liberty to submit a petition before the State Level Committee against the order passed by the District Level Committee.
