ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1,2, 4 and 5 and the learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent.
2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the Insurance Company submitted that the District Level Empowered Committee, Kanyakumari District, is the appropriate authority to consider the petitioner's claim. The said submission is recorded.
3. In view of the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter or the claim made by the petitioner, the District Level Empowered Committee, Kanyakumari District is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
