O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.344 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, investigation was completed and Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, in E-Filing No.213 of 2023, dated 10.08.2023.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, to process the above said Final Report within a time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
