Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition as SankaranKovil Town Police Station or learned Judicial Magistrate Court, SankaranKovil instead of the respondent police, in Crl OP (MD) No.18657/2022 dated 19.10.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VEERAPANDI S.P., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.14302 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18657 of 2022, dated 21.11.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15385 of 2022 and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.14302 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18657 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
