ORDER

The petitioner did not participate in the tender in question.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate Mr.S.Kameswaran, submitted that already the tender has been finalized and the work is also completed. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
