Challenging the survey notice dated 11.12.2019 issued by the third respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the impugned survey notice was issued way back in the year 2019 and that the cause of action no longer survives.
