ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machineries certificate to the petitioner for Serial No.2 in Tender Notice No.10/2025-2026/D-1/ dated 05.08.2025 of the 1st respondent by considering the request of the petitioner dated 26.08.2025 forthwith.

2. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the officials would be visiting the site on 07.09.2025 for site inspection as well as for verifying the condition of the plants and machineries and shall issue a certificate on 08.09.2025, if all parameters found to be in order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
