ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner by intervening in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that vide sale deed, dated 11.08.2021, the fourth respondent sold the property to the petitioner, who in turn sold the same in favour of third party, on 02.06.2022.

3.Irked by the sale made by the petitioner, the fourth respondent lodged the above complaint, to extract more money. 2/4

4. M/s.Ajmal Associates takes notice for the fourth respondent. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the dispute between the parties is for the payment of sale price and that the enquiry was over, the respondent Police has decided to close the same.

6. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 09.12.2022 Index :
