ORDER

Seeking patta for the subject properties, based on his representation dated 27.02.2017 and the final decree passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, in O.S.No.281 of 2012, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation dated 27.02.2017 is disposed of, in the light of the decree passed in O.S.No.281 of 2012.

3.In view of the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent / Tahsildar to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2017, in the light of the decree passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, in O.S.No.281 of 2012, if it is otherwise applicable and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Index :
