ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 10.01.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif Court, Thiruchendur vide the letter in D.No.368/2023 dated 03.11.2023,this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 10.01.2023, directed the learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur, to dispose O.S.No.90 of 2018, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3. Now, the learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur, has submitted a requisition dated 03.11.2023 stating that the plaintiff has filed an application to scrap the Commissioner's report in I.A.No.3 of 2023 and the same is pending, that interlocutory application in I.A.No.325 of 2018 is pending for clarification and that due to the above circumstances, he could not dispose of the suit. 2/3

4. Though this Court is not inclined to accept the reasons assigned, the learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur, is hereby directed to proceed with the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.90 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
