Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 26.08.2022 passed by the second respondent cancelling the legal heir certificate earlier issued in favour of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall issue notice to the interested parties before passing final order. I make it clear I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
