O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to register a criminal case based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai in Crl.M.P.No.4226 of 2023, dated 04.07.2023.

2.By the order dated 04.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.4226 of 2023 filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, directed the first respondent to register a criminal case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner. But, so far the first respondent has not comply the above said order. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and in pursuance of the above said order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, FIR has been registered in Crime No.231 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 294(b), 406, 420 & 506(i) of IPC against the 2nd and 3rd respondents.

4.It is open to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.

5.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the private respondents.
