ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.162 of 2022, dated 28.03.2022, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police inasmuch as the petitioner herein/Accused No.3 is concerned.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that already the investigation has been completed, and a charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karur on 03.09.2024 through efiling No.LTN:20220001529C202400511.

3. In view thereof, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in this petition and as such, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
