ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by the Executive Officer of a Town Panchayat seeking a Mandamus to conclude the disciplinary proceedings.
2. The petitioner was issued with a charge memo on 23.11.2018 and an enquiry report was submitted on 15.03.2019. The petitioner has also submitted his explanation to the second show cause notice. Now, the issue is pending with the second respondent, who is the disciplinary authority for passing of final orders.
3. In view of the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to pass final orders with regard to the disciplinary proceedings, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
