PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 10735/A2/2022, dated 24.11.2022, and quash the same as illegal in so far as placing the petitioner in the 1st place of the list and the exclusion of the 4th Respondent are concerned.

ORDER

The instant Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the instructions issued by the second respondent to the B.T. Assistants to participate in the counselling scheduled for 28.11.2022.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved over the seniority she was placed in the said instructions. According to her, she is senior to N.Balusamy, the

fourth respondent. However, in paragraph No.11 of the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, it is specifically stated that the said Balusamy is senior to the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the instructions were issued for the counselling held in the year 2022, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present Writ Petition, which is, accordingly, closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD) Nos.21808 and 21809 of 2022 are closed. 28.08.2024 NCC :
