ORDER

The challenge in the Writ Petition is to the communication of the third respondent dated 23.03.2017 informing the petitioner that the service connection has been disconnected, pursuant to the order of demolition issued by the District Collector.

It is an admitted case that the petitioner had not challenged the order of eviction and demolition passed by the District Collector and what had been challenged before this Court is the action of the respondents in disconnecting the electricity service connection. It has been brought on record that the house had already been demolished and there is no property for grant of reconnecting of electricity.

3. In such view of the matter, no further adjudication is required to be made in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
