ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.187 of 2022, from the file of the second respondent to the CBCID/third Respondent for further enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that originally the case was registered for the offences under Sections 174 Cr.P.C and subsequently, it was altered to Section 306 IPC. He would further submit that the investigation is almost completed and the respondent police is going to file charge sheet shortly. 3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
