The petitioner had presented an appeal before the District Revenue Officer with regard to the alleged unlawful alteration of the FMB Sketch relating to S.F.No.184/12A/1A. By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks the expeditious disposal thereof. 1/4

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the first respondent. In view of the limited nature of relief claimed, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with subject to condition that the said respondent should be provided a reasonable opportunity while disposing of the appeal.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 20.06.2022 after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the second respondent and any other person having an interest in the relevant property.
