ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Court, Thanjavur to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day on his surrender in connection with Crime No.253 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had earlier filed two petitions seeking the very same relief in Crl.O.P(MD) Nos. 12003 and 13232 of 2025, however, considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court declined to entertain those petitions, vide orders dated 16.07.2025 and 07.08.2025 respectively. This is the third petition seeking the same relief.

3. This Court is of the view that the third petition seeking such a direction cannot be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
