ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the fourth respondent to sanction insurance claim amount Rs.2,31,448/- to the petitioner based on the petitioner's claim application, dated 29.12.2024 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.I.Robert Chandrakumar, learned Counsel taking notice on behalf of the fourth respondent would submit that the petitioner's claim application, dated 29.12.2024 would be considered by the fourth 2/5

respondent within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said statement, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the claim application of the petitioner, dated 29.12.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
