RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD) No.18745/2022 dated 31.10.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THALAIMUTHARASU G, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18745 of 2022, dated 31.10.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions regularly, due to ill health of her son and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions.
