No.1072/A1/2017 dated 22.05.2017 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to declare junior most teacher working in BT Assistant cadre in Government Middle School, Thepperumanallur, Thiruvidaimaruthur Union as surplus teacher for the purpose of redeployment.
