ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose the proceedings in Na.Ka.S1/2426/17 as per the direction of the 1st respondent in S.R.No. 3/2011, dated 20.06.2012.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has passed away in the year 2018 itself and he is unable to get the details of the legal heirs of the petitioner.
