ORDER : This Criminal Original Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the 1/3

arguments of Mr.E.JAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the respondents 2 and 3 by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, vide order dated 02.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2829 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent Police completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
