PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in na.ka.no.1421/aa1/2017 dated 15.05.2017 on 31.05.2017 quash the same and consequently to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from allowing the fourth respondent to work in the place of the petitioner in the third respondent school.
