Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is a resident of Pottalpudur in Tenkasi District. He states that the Kumbabishekam of the petition mentioned temple was last performed in the year 2007. He therefore wants the second respondent to take steps to constitute a Tirupani committee and ensure that Kumbabishekam is performed as expeditiously as possible. However, in such matters it is not possible to give any time frame. 2/4

3.The second respondent is directed to look into the writ petitioner's representation and take all possible steps to ensure that Kumbabishekam for the petition mentioned temple is performed. 4.This Writ Petition is allowed on these terms.
