O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the transfer order passed by the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent has passed the transfer order, since the School is having surplus teachers.

2.At the time of admission, this Court has granted an interim stay, vide order, dated 05.06.2017. Based on the interim order, the teacher was continuing in the same School. Since the petitioner has enjoyed all these years continuing in the same School, even though she is surplus, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. The 1st respondent is directed to issue staff fixation order for the year 2022-2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any surplus teachers, the 1st respondent is at liberty to transfer any teacher to any needy place.

3.With the above said observation, the writ petition is closed. No costs. 2/4
