For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.252 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 452, 307 of I.P.C., and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.252 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court as withdrawn.

CRL OP(MD). No.19295 of 2019 5.Taking note of the medical condition projected by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I permit the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and apply for regular bail and the Court below shall consider the petitioner's application on the same day of surrender.

6.With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
