ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 498(A) and 120(b) of IPC in Crime No. Not known on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Based on the complaint, the respondent Police has registered a case in Cr.No.13 of 2024. There are totally five accused persons, whose name has been included in the FIR. The petitioner is arrayed as A1.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 4.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the matrimonial dispute is involved in this case and custodial interrogation may not be required in this case, the respondent Police is directed to follow the procedure adumbrated under Section 35 of BNSS Act. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
