The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the impugned order, dated 22.08.2016 and consequently, direct the respondents to provide promotion as B.Ed., Assistant on par with the petitioner's Juniors.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a Memo stating that an earlier Counsel died on 30.04.2020. The petitioner is not pressing the writ petition and seeking to withdraw the writ petition.
