ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(aa), 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act 1937 and Sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC r/w Sections 5, 6 and 8 of Tamil Nadu Rectified Sprit Rules, 2000 in Crime No.212 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15125 of 2024, dated 09.09.2024 was refused to be entertained by this Court. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that all the other accused persons were arrested and later enlarged on bail. 4.That cannot be stated to be a change in circumstance to entertain this petition. It was also brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the investigation is at a crucial stage. 2/3
