This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in A2/MC 11/2019, dated 04.12.2019 on the file of the first Respondent and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioners. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that since the impugned order in A2/MC 11 of 2019, was issued on 04.12.2019, nothing survives for further adjudication.
