ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the petitioner and his family.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the complaint given by the fourth respondent was registered in CSR.No.309 of 2022 and after enquiry, it was ordered to be closed on 28.06.2022.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
