This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certioarified Mandmus to call for the records relating to the 3rd respondent impugned proceedings Na.Ka.No.06/F3PS/2023 dated 17.10.2023 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting the Horse race from Poombukar Santhanaalpuram round about to Paakavathapuram Village, on 22.10.2023 as a part of the Ex.Minister Dr.Anbumani Ramadoss Birthday Celebration at Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has to approach the Animal Husbandry Department and to obtain order from the concerned Department. No such order has been produced by the petitioner.

4. The petitioner can very well move the Animal Husbandry Department through appropriate request and after getting approval, he can make a fresh representation to the respondent seeking permission, after 30.10.2023.

5. With this direction and liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
