2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the enquiry and hearing before this Court, the third respondent indulged in illegal activity and tried to evict the petitioner from the house, in which, the petitioner along with daughter was residing in that house. In the above said circumstances, specific complaint has been made by the petitioner, but no proper action has been taken by the second respondent. 3.The second respondent present before this Court in person. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) advised the second respondent to take action against the third respondent, who gave complaint against the petitioner.
4.Let both the complaints be enquired and disposed of immediately by the second respondent. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the parties shall workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so, aggrieved.
5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
