When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has filed a Civil Suit in O.S.No.318 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Trichy, seeking for the very same relief as well as for other reliefs. Therefore, he would submit that the writ petition can be closed.

2.The statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions is recorded.

3.In accordance with the same, this Writ Petition is closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the Civil Suit filed by him as referred to supra. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
