O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No. 185 of 2024 dated 07.05.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case and based on his complaint, F.I.R in Crime No.185 of 2024 has been registered for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 506(2) of IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far, not filed any final report. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to file the final report and the same was already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Page No. 2 of 4

Trichy, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
