3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.1391 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, there was settlement between the parties. On the basis of the above said settlement, the above said complaint was closed on 22.10.2023.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
