2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the First Information Report has now been registered in Crime No.216 of 2024.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he sought liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition by mentioning the crime number and by making necessary averments in the petition.
