2 W.P.(MD)NO.27756 OF 2022
O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.
2. The petitioner wants the authorities to prosecute the fourth respondent based on the earlier order passed by this Court. If according to the petitioner, the order of this Court has been breached, remedy open to him is to file contempt petition. Filing an independent petition is misconceived. If the petitioner's rights have been infringed, it is open to the petitioner to launch an independent prosecution against the fourth respondent. Leaving open all the other rights and remedies of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
