2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 43 of 2023 and also filed final report before the concerned Court and the same is yet to be taken cognizance.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
