2.By order, dated 12/12/2022, this court directed the Family Court, Theni, to dispose of the case in Special MC NO. 103 of 2022, pending on its file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge seeks further time to dispose of the above said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the Family Court, Theni, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted. The Family Court, Theni, is directed to comply with the directions of this court without any further delay.
