Dindigul to dispose the bail application of the petitioners on merits on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.177 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. N.Mohan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.Vaikkam Karunanithi Government Advocate (Crl. Side), for the respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16673 of 2023 dated 19.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to surrender before the concerned trial Court, since the petitioner is unable to surrender within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16673 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
