This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue the documents of FMB sketch of all wet lands and dry lands and 'A' Register of properties of Valayanendal Village, Arasathur Group, Thiruvadani Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's application, dated 03.05.2014 and 09.04.2016 under Right to Information Act.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of the directions of the first respondent, the writ petitioner was furnished with the information and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 15.04.2024 das 2/4
