This petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.104 of 2023 dated 02.08.2023 on the file of the first respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Court, as 'Further Action Dropped', regarding which RCS notice was also served to the defacto complainant.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 2/4
