Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader circulated the proceedings of the Director of Agriculture Department passed in br/K/Miz/vz;/tpggp1/139810/2005 dated 17.02.2023 wherein orders has been issued to regularise the service of the contempt petitioner taking into account the period between the order of compulsory retirement till reinstatement duly will regularised taking into account the Earned Leave available with him. It is also stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the monetory benefit will be disbursed as expeditiously as possible. As far as the promotion is concerned, it is submitted that there is a currency of punishment and once punishment period of expired, the contempt petitioner will be Page No.2 of 6

considered for promotion.

2. Since already sufficient delay been caused for implementing the order of this Court, atleast the disbursement of the monetary benefit should be done within a timeframe. Hence, the contemnor is directed to disburse the monetary benefit within a period of two months from today.
