Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking time to file an undertaking affidavit before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.12308 of 2024 and Crl.M.P(MD) No.7648 of 2024. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner the petitioner is working as Staff nurse at National Centre for ageing at chennai and she could not apply for leave due to her work commitments and thereby is unable to appear before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
